Good morning,
I am reaching out to you in regards to our High School Work Study Program.
The High School Work Study (HSWS) Program is currently a highly competitive program designed for high school students who plan to participate in a paid part-time internship during their senior year. Students have the opportunity to gain work experience in business, computer, engineering, manufacturing, construction, graphic arts, Chinese/Russian language. The program provides hands-on work experience from August 2024 to July 2025 for 4 hours per day/20 hours per week Monday-Friday with a security clearance, part-time salary, paid leave, and the opportunity for permanent employment upon successful completion of the program.
Our NSA Utah program is specifically looking for Chinese Language Talent!
For the past 3 years we have successfully been able to hire out of the Davis County Immersion programs. We have been working with Jo Carmiol on these efforts, and she has sent me your way to help expand our pipeline of applicants.
The Job Opening for the 2024-2025 interns will be advertised on //Intelligencecareers.gov/nsa on 1 September 2023 – 31 October 2023.
If you have students that could be eligible for this program, please send them my way! My contact information is below. I’m also available to do information sessions about the program to students and parents. Details about the program can be found here: https://www.intelligencecareers.gov/nsa/students-and-internships
This would be a great opportunity for your students! Thanks so much!
