Welcome to Layton High School! This is for students already within Davis School District doing a Transfer/Variance or a new move into our boundary. The following items are required to complete prior to enrollment.

A Legal Parent/Guardian with ID must be present to enroll. 

Proof of Residency or Variance 

Withdraw form with grades from previous school if transferring during the school year (if it is in the summer, we will need to see their birth certificate and a withdraw form will not be necessary.)
